We are a locally owned window cleaning company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, serving the Salt Lake Valley.

• Estimated home size (pane count or square footage)
• Optional message and property photos you upload
• Payment information (processed by our payment processor — we do not store card numbers on our servers)

• Device and browser data: user agent, IP address, referring URL
• Site usage: pages visited, time on page, form interactions

From third parties

• Advertising identifiers from Meta and Google when you interact with our ads

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies for two purposes:

• Essential — to keep the site working (session, security, consent state).
• Advertising & analytics — Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and the Meta Pixel — used only after you accept via our cookie banner.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2: all advertising and analytics cookies are denied by default until you explicitly accept. You can decline at the banner or later by clearing your cookieConsent local-storage value in your browser.

For form submissions we also send hashed identifiers (email, phone, name, address, city — SHA-256 hashed in your browser before transmission) to Meta and Google via their Conversions APIs. This lets us measure ad performance without exposing raw personal data.

5. Data Retention

We keep customer and lead records for as long as needed to service you and to comply with tax and accounting obligations (generally 5–7 years for financial records). Marketing engagement data follows each vendor's default retention (Google: up to 2 years; Meta browser events: up to 180 days).

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt out of marketing communications

Utah residents have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. 7. Do Not Sell / Do Not Share

We do not sell your personal information for money. Our advertising cookies (Meta, Google) may qualify as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state laws. You can opt out at any time by declining the cookie banner or by contacting us as above.

8. Children

Our services are for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use TLS/HTTPS for all data in transit, and the vendors listed above operate their own security programs. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
